Terms of using PupNudge

Current service
PupNudge offers early-access dog-parent tools, educational information and a directory application process. Optional Plus subscriptions provide access to the educational routines described on our pricing page. PupNudge does not process pet-care bookings. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and authorised to submit the information you provide.
Educational limits
Information is not veterinary diagnosis, individual treatment or a guarantee of training results. Service listings are not a substitute for checking qualifications, insurance, suitability, opening hours and current availability with the provider.
Your account
Keep account credentials private. Provide accurate information, respect others’ rights and do not submit unlawful material, fake credentials or misleading business claims. We may restrict misuse and investigate disputed listings.
Business applications
You must have authority to represent a listed business. Submission does not guarantee publication. Our review considers source and contact evidence, and veterinary applications require registration details. A listing does not certify clinical quality.
Content and third-party links
PupNudge materials may not be copied for commercial redistribution without permission. External websites operate under their own terms. No booking or medical contract is created with PupNudge by following a directory link.
Changes and support
Material changes will be reflected on this page. Contact the team through the contact form. Read the subscription terms and merchant information presented at Stripe Checkout before paying. Payment receipts or bank statements may identify the collecting company rather than only the PupNudge brand.
