Subscriptions, cancellations & refunds

What Plus includes
Five self-directed educational topics, each with four steps: walking, recall, toilet routines, puppy play and barking observation. Your saved assessment selects a topic. Feedback determines whether to continue, repeat or pause. Plus does not include a personal trainer, veterinary advice, live chat or a promise of new lessons every month.
Price and renewal
Choose USD $9 per month or USD $72 per year. Payment is taken upfront and automatically renews at the selected interval until cancelled. There is no automatic free trial. The final payable total and billing frequency are displayed before payment. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees.
Cancellation
Sign in, open Account & billing and choose Manage billing. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the portal shows the date. Your profile and recorded progress remain viewable after paid access ends.
Refund requests
For a mistaken, duplicate or disputed charge, contact PupNudge through the contact form with the billing email, date and receipt reference. Never send full card details. Cancellation alone does not refund an already paid period. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to mandatory consumer rights; these terms do not limit rights that apply by law.
Payment and access
Stripe handles payment processing and invoices. Access begins after confirmed payment, not merely returning from Checkout. Failed or overdue payment can suspend paid steps. Contact us if a completed payment does not unlock access. The collecting merchant may appear on Stripe receipts or bank statements under its company name.
Educational boundaries
Our source-backed routines are editorial education, not professionally endorsed treatment. Stop for pain, fear, aggression, injury or severe distress and seek suitable professional help. Completing tasks does not guarantee training results.
Business subscriptions
Business Plus is a separate product for approved pet businesses, at USD $19 monthly or $190 annually per location. Read /business-terms and /partners for its scope and conditions. It does not include dog-owner Plus routines.
Availability
Check the pricing page for whether subscriptions are currently open. Creating a free account or completing an assessment never creates a subscription.
