Read the additions beside the “all inclusive” heading

K9 Resorts Hamilton's pricing page labels accommodation as all inclusive, but also specifies additions. It lists $10 per night during peak periods and another $10 per night for boarding that requires individualized daycare. A $39 bath is required for dogs boarding two days or more. Ask how these terms apply to your booking rather than assuming the room headline is your final total.

The Traditional Standard option is labeled $62 per day for one dog or puppy weighing up to 35 pounds. Do not turn that into an assumed per-night rate. Other rooms may accommodate more than one dog, but the pricing note says rates are based on single occupancy. Ask for each dog's accommodation and charges.

The page lists checkout at 12:30 p.m. and says late fees may apply afterward. Have the provider confirm the billing unit, required bath, individual care, peak dates and collection charge in one dated estimate.

Use your dog's normal day to test the quote. If the dog does not join group play, ask what individual time actually involves and how rest is arranged. If you bring food or medication from home, request the preparation instructions and all handling charges. Do not change a prescribed diet or medication merely to match a lodging package.

The Hamilton handover window is different from the billing cutoff

The facility is at 3710 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619, outside Trenton. Its local page lists boarding drop-off and pickup from 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Sunday. Daycare hours are listed separately: weekdays 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and weekends 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Those handover hours do not erase the earlier checkout time in the pricing terms. A collection that is possible at the desk may still add a charge. Call 609-546-4233 with your intended times and ask staff to confirm both access and billing.

Discuss overnight supervision and the response to an emergency directly. A hotel taking overnight bookings does not, on its own, establish that staff remain on site for the whole night. Explain your dog's needs before treating any advertised accommodation as suitable.

A day-school program includes work for you at home

Golden Paws markets services to Hamilton and Trenton, but the address shown on its local service page is 8 Sharon Road, Robbinsville, NJ 08691. Use that destination when deciding whether regular visits fit your schedule. Call 609-259-1900.

Its training information describes a three-week weekday Day School program, with training from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and handovers arranged within lobby hours. It includes owner coaching, homework and daily reports. This is a program to discuss in detail, rather than a promise that dropping the dog off removes your part in learning.

For a dog already boarding there, the separate Lodge & Learn service is offered Monday–Friday. A weekend lodging reservation does not establish weekend training sessions. The site also describes hour-long private lessons at the resort; request the price and actual schedule rather than importing a class rate from another business.

Tell the trainer which situations need attention and ask what you should be able to practice between visits. Agree on the goals, handling methods, progress updates and a realistic timetable before committing to a longer program.

Choose the haircut service rather than assuming a bath includes it

Golden Paws' salon page distinguishes a full-service groom, including clipper or scissor haircut, from its Premium Bath. Both descriptions include bathing, drying, nails and ear cleaning; the bath package does not list a full-body haircut.

The salon says it operates seven days a week and can coordinate services with lodging, daycare or training. Confirm the actual appointment and collection arrangement. Its prices vary with the dog's size, coat, matting, cut, drying time and handling needs; a numeric haircut quote is not supplied on that page.

Ask the groomer to specify the requested finish and any extra coat work in the estimate. A bath price at K9 Resorts is a separate provider's service, not a published haircut price at Golden Paws.

Keep the emergency hospital separate from the lodging address

NorthStar VETS Robbinsville lists its emergency, trauma and specialty flagship hospital at 315 Robbinsville–Allentown Road, Robbinsville, NJ 08691, with opening 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Save 609-259-8300, the hospital information and directions.

Give the carer this address alongside your contact and relevant veterinary instructions. Call about the current situation when possible. A hospital offering many specialties does not establish that every specialist appointment or procedure is available immediately.
