Business Plus terms

What you are buying
Business Plus adds reviewed services, opening hours, an external booking link and up to six images to one approved PupNudge business profile. Basic listings, ownership claims and factual corrections are free. This is a profile-maintenance subscription, not a lead package, appointment system or professional endorsement.
Price and renewal
$19 USD monthly or $190 USD annually, automatically renewed until cancelled. There is no free trial. Review the final total in Checkout before payment. Payment is available only after approval of the location and enhanced details.
Approval and changes
Provide accurate details and media you have permission to publish. Edits are reviewed before replacing your approved details. Payment never purchases approval, search placement, medical accreditation, or a minimum number of visits, enquiries or bookings. We may reject misleading or unsupported information. A new location requires its own approval and subscription.
Cancellation and payment problems
Open Account & billing to manage payment details, invoices and cancellation in Stripe. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Enhancements remain available through the paid period while the subscription is active and the listing remains approved. Failed or overdue payments may pause enhancements; the free basic listing remains, subject to editorial review.
Suspension and billing support
If your listing is suspended, enhanced checkout is blocked and public display is removed. Our team must review any active subscription and contact you about cancellation or a refund where applicable. Suspension is not itself a confirmed Stripe cancellation. You can cancel future renewals immediately in Account & billing. Contact us if paid features are unavailable; we investigate and review refund requests individually. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
